MaxConnect for Apple Mac Pro [2009]-[2010] Models is an internal hard disk drive mounting solution, that allows four additional SATA hard disk drives to be installed in the Optical bay of the Mac Pro system.
MaxConnect for the Apple Mac Pro [2009] models Optical bay internal hard disk expanion solutioun allows Mac Pro system to utilize two native onboard SATA DATA channels (one SATA Channel used for the Optical Drive),.
MaxConnect Flexible designs allows Mac Pro [2009] & [2010] system to house eight SATA hard Disk Drives internally.(PCI Express Controller required for the two drives in the optical bay, the other two drives uses two on board sata channels.
One RAID Set of RAID 0 can be made with six on board SATA channels, the allows the RAID set to deliver sustained Transfer rate of up to 600+ MB/sec - 750+ MB/sec depending on the SATA Disk Drives.
