MaxUpgrades offers MaxConnect for SSD/ HDD 2.5 inch Form Factor Disk Drives, this product enable user to install any 2.5 inch form factor disk drive, SATA or SAS interface, e.g. Western Digital VelociRaptor directly in the Mac Pro system four internal Hard Disk Drive Bays.
This brings new level of performance enhancement to the Mac Pro System, users can now install up to eight VelociRaptors inside Mac Pro System, four VelociRaptors can be installed directly into four Apple drive bays and four VelociRaptors into the Optical Drive bay of the Mac Pro System via MaxConnect Optical Disk Drive expansion kit.
This product can be used to install any standard 2.5 form factor SATA or SAS Hard Disk Drive directly into the Mac Pro Systems four Internal Drive bays. The SATA disk drive used in the MacBook or MacBook Pros can be used with this product.
MaxConnect for VelociRaptor offers 6x boot performance on a Mac Pro System with 10,000 RPM Spindle Speed, users can install VelociRaptor in many combination as desired.
